3. Request the following from your current school:
-Transcripts that include grades from most recently completed semester (PLEASE SEE SCAN & UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS BELOW)
-Discipline Records (if not available, a letter from your Guidance Department regarding discipline records is required)
-One Letter of Recommendation (Optional) – please do not submit multiple letters
4. Scan and upload documents to your application (transcripts, discipline, & attendance records)
(Parents: This must be done by you, not the school as they do not have access to this application)
PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE WILL BE EMAILED BEGINNING MARCH 30th. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED, YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET WILL BE MAILED WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
*SCAN & UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
Please scan all pages of your student’s transcript as a “document” and save as a PDF file. Please do NOT scan and save as a “picture” (usually a JPG file) or separate pages. The student’s name must be visible on all pages of every document submitted.
